White Dwarf 516 is the official Warhammer magazine with monthly content for Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar and The Horus Heresy. This issue brings new rules, missions, lore, short fiction, regular columns and painting guidance.

The Warhammer 40,000 section spotlights the Leagues of Votann—from an overview (“data uplink”) and the introduction of Buri Aegnirssen to new detachments. “Aspects of War” examines Strategic Gambits, and the mini-game “Space Marine: Missions” adds scenarios against a Hive Tyrant.

For Age of Sigmar, the issue looks back on ten years of events, adds rules for battles at three iconic locations, and features a large double battle in which two Stormcast hosts face four historical foes across two realms. In addition, the “Annals of the Eternals” explore the Stormcast, a basic training piece contrasts manifestations such as the Purple Sun of Shyish and Ravenak’s Gnashing Jaws, and Grombrindal considers self-made deities of the Mortal Realms.
