Berrymans Toys Delivery Information Policy
1. Delivery Areas
Berrymans Toys offers delivery to all addresses within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Rural Areas: Delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Public Holidays: Orders placed during public holidays will be processed the next business day, which may affect delivery times.
3. Delivery Costs
Standard Shipping: A flat rate applies, calculated based on weight and size at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping. Current thresholds will be listed on our website.
Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, delivering within 1-2 business days after processing.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the courier service’s website.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
7. Delays and Lost Items
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen courier delays may occur. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
